Zhang Yi from the High Energy Photon Source (HEPS) Beamline Software Group at the Institute of High Energy Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, was invited to attend and presented a report titled "Mamba: A New Generation of Experimental Control and Data Acquisition Software Framework" (25 minutes), with the hope of promoting collaboration in material computation and AI for science.

A New Method for Six Dimensional Diffraction Tensor Tomography Based on Virtual Reciprocal Space Scanning

Zhang Yi Research Group of Institute of High Energy Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences published a research paper entitled "A step towards 6D WAXD tensor topography" on IUCrJ. This work introduces a new method for six dimensional diffraction tensor tomography based on virtual reciprocal space scanning, and simulates the entire process from data acquisition to reconstruction to verify the accuracy and feasibility of the method.

The first user committee member of HEPS visited and visited the progress of Mamba software deployment in HEPS BE

The first user committee meeting of the High Energy Synchrotron Radiation Light Source (HEPS) was held at the HEPS Comprehensive Experimental Building in Huairou Science City. The meeting will arrange a progress report and discussion session on the construction of the first batch of HEPS beamline stations. Tao Ye provided a detailed introduction to the situation of each station, including scientific objectives, station characteristics, performance parameters, experimental methods, construction progress, etc., and answered questions from experts and absorbed their suggestions.
